Medicaid Waiver

If you are a Medicaid Waiver participant, please follow these steps when placing an order:

1. Click on the "PRODUCTS" button
2. Choose the items that you need along with quantities
3. When you've reached your approved dollar amount or less, click the "CHECK OUT" button
4. Login (You will need to create an account if this is your first time.  If it is your first time, you will receive an email requesting to verify your account)
5. When checking out, use the Coupon Code "PAID" to bring your balance to $0.00

 

*If there are items that you need which are approved by your state but are not listed under the "PRODUCTS" tab, please call or send us an email and we will follow up immediately. We can provide virtually everything you need that is approved by your state.
